Apple released a redesigned support site for desktop and mobile Friday afternoon, using its official Twitter account to call it out.
Now you’ll spend lest time trying to figure out the support site itself, Apple hopes, and get to the help you need faster, whether you’re using your iPhone, iPad or your Mac.
You’ll be able to search for the answers you need directly from the Support home page, or just use Quick Links for commonly needed help topics.

Just below the search field you’re able to click or tap through to specific devices, as always, and then find some Popular Topics below that, like how to manage your Apple ID, learn about iPhone, taking and managing photos, and the like.

Apple Support Communities are just below the popular topics, with Warranty and repair just below that.
Finally, if you need support that isn’t available easily with the above options, you’ll tap or Click the Get Support button to fill out a form or talk to a Live Chat specialist. Farther down the page, you can tap through to find in-store workshops as well.
Of course, Apple Support is on Twitter, so you can always go that route, sending a tweet to the Apple folks standing by on the bird-like social media platform.
So whether you’re in a hurry to get the answers you need on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, the new redesign of Apple Support site should help you get them more quickly. Head on over to the Apple Support page now and see how Apple’s set it all up for you.
