Bluetti’s latest portable power station, the AC60, is the company’s most compact and durable yet. The lightweight power station, which launches today alongside the B80 expansion battery, comes with an IP65 rating, so it’s ready for your next outdoor adventure.
Plus, if you pair it with Bluetti’s new B80 — and maybe a solar panel or two — you don’t need to run out of juice.
Bluetti AC60 and B80 Power Station
Equipped with a 600W inverter and a 403Wh LiFePO4 battery, the AC60 solar generator is small but powerful even on its own. Its small size makes it extremely portable for use outdoors, a feature that its IP65 rating enhances.
The power station’s impregnability to water and dust is due, in part, to the fact that its circuits are isolated from the fan unit’s vent. In addition, all the AC60’s outlets are sealed with waterproof rubber, and its case is made of solid materials that pass water-resistance and dust-proofing tests.
“The AC60’s biggest highlight is its IP65 rating, making it water-resistant and dust-proof,” Bluetti said. ” That’s why the AC60 resists water splashes and dust from any angle, a perfect power source for outdoor activities.”
Compact and lightweight adventure companion

At just 18.9 pounds and about the size of a toolbox, the AC60 is “the perfect adventure companion,” the company said. Its small size — it measures just 11.3 inches x 8.5 inches x 9.7 inches — makes it extremely portable. And its folding handle makes it even easier to fit into tight spaces and move around.
There are many charging options for the AC60. Its three charging modes are silent mode (160 watts), standard mode (255W) and turbo mode (600W). It can be fully charged at 600W in as little as 1.2 hours using the included power adapter.
The AC60 also supports solar charging up to 200W. It works with Bluetti’s PV120/PV200 solar panels as well as others on the market. And it also supports car or lead-acid battery charging.

To complement the AC60, Bluetti has also introduced the B80 expansion battery. Like the AC60, the 806Wh battery has an IP65 rating and uses the same reliable LFP cells that have a life of more than 3,000 cycles.
B80 can expand the AC60’s capacity to a maximum 2,015Wh and serve as a power bank for other Bluetti solar generators, like the EB3A, EB70, EB70S and AC180 through an aviation- to-DC7909 cable.
Use B80 alone or with Bluetti power stations

The B80 also functions as a standalone DC power source with three DC ports: USB-A, USB-C and cigarette lighter. With 806Wh of energy, it can charge a smartphone up to 43 times, a laptop up to 10 times, and power a light for more than 60 hours. It also can be recharged on its own or when used with the AC60.
The B80 supports AC adapters and 200W solar charging via an included standard PV charge cable. The T200 adapter can be purchased separately.
“The release of the AC60 and B80 represents a major breakthrough in portable power,” Bluetti said.
“With its superior power, extended run time, industry-leading six-year warranty, and water-resistant and dust-proof design, the AC60 is a game changer for outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers,” the company continued. “The B80 complements Bluetti’s existing line of power stations, providing users with a versatile and portable backup power source.”
