A product-comparison chart published Monday on Amazon.com accidentally leaked the redesigned Mac mini, which will feature an all-new design and Apple’s M4 chip. After the M4 Mac mini leak, the machine could go official as early as Tuesday.
According to an image in the chart, the new Mac mini looks like a smaller Mac Studio and sports two USB-C ports on the front.

M4 Mac mini leak shows up on Amazon
Instead of putting together an October event, Apple confirmed last week that it will make several Mac-related announcements this week. On Monday, it announced the M4 iMac and released iOS 18.1 with Apple Intelligence. The M4 Mac mini and MacBook Pros are next in line and should go official no later than Wednesday.
The comparison chart accidentally published early by Amazon confirmed the new Mac mini will be available with either an M4 or M4 Pro chip. The latter will pack a 13-core CPU and up to a 20-core GPU. You can get the machine with up to 64GB of unified memory and 8TB storage. The current M2 Pro Mac mini is only configurable with up to 32GB of RAM.

MacRumors first spotted the comparison chart, which has since been removed, on Amazon. Based on the comparison chart, Apple might not offer the new Mac mini only in silver.
Slimmer, more compact design!
Previous rumors suggested the M4 Mac mini will sport a smaller, more compact form factor, similar to the Apple TV. The low-resolution image from Amazon confirms this, indicating the new Mac mini will resemble the Mac Studio. It will house two USB-C ports on the front. The machine’s high-end variants will pack five USB-C ports and seemingly give up on USB-A entirely.
Like the M4 iMac, the new Mac mini should ship with 16GB of unified memory as standard. It is unclear if Apple will bump the Mac mini’s price or keep it unchanged like the new iMac.
Given the leak and the previous promise of new products this week, Apple likely will launch the Mac mini on Tuesday.
