A pair of new portable power stations from Anker Solix give users multiple ports to choose from and a handy way to light up a dark campground. Lightweight and attractively designed, the Anker Solix C300 DC and the Anker Solix C300 offer new options for energizing outdoor adventures (or riding out power outages).
Released Wednesday, the two similar-looking power stations offer different options for different scenarios. And they’re both on sale for a limited time.

Power stations come in all shapes and sizes these days. Anker Solix and other manufacturers make massive ones that can power a home in a pinch. And seemingly everybody (including Anker) makes tiny ones that fit in a pocket and keep an iPhone or MacBook charged.
The new Anker Solix C300 DC and Anker Solix C300 portable power stations fall in a sweet spot between those two sizes. About the size of a loaf of bread, and with a vertical design, they store and deliver a large amount of power in a wide variety of ways. They occupy the Goldilocks zone between “too small to do much” and “too heavy to take anywhere.” They also won’t break the bank — especially with Anker Solix’s generous launch discounts.

The Anker Solix C300 DC, pictured above, weighs just 6.18 pounds and comes with built-in handle. It’s designed to make portable power — via USB or a standard DC power (aka cigarette lighter) output — easy to take on camping trips and other trips. An optional shoulder strap costs $29.99.
It can pump out up to 300 watts output. And its 288Wh lithium-iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery can hold up to 90,000 mAh. Its seven outlets include: four USB-C ports (two with 140W input/output), two USB-A ports and one 120W auxiliary power outlet.
You can recharge the C300 DC three ways. Dual 140W USB-C inputs can recharge the power station to 80% within 60 minutes, Anker Solix says. Alternatively, you can power it up with 100W solar panels or the the auxiliary power outlet. Anker Solix sells a compatible PS100 Portable Solar Panel ($299 list, on sale for $229).
A cute pop-up light provides “different levels of soft white light output, making it ideal for multiple situations, including camping, evening beach days or as the perfect backyard companion,” the company said in a press release.

Bigger and with the welcome addition of three AC outlets, the Anker Solix C300 portable power station provides even more options. It weighs 9 pounds, so it’s not as easy to toss in a backpack or hang from your bike frame. But the addition of AC outlets makes it a handy way to get through a power blackout at home. Anker Solix pitches it as a perfect way to keep vital tech like CPAP machines humming when the electric company drops the ball.
“The C300 offers up to 600W of power output via SurgePad, features a 288Wh LiFePO4 battery and is equipped with eight outlets, including three USB-C ports (two with 140W high-output ), one USB-A port, three standard AC outlets as well as a single 120W DC auxiliary power outlet, ensuring that users have all the connectivity they need,” Anker Solix said.
You can recharge the Anker Solix C300 in four ways. Like the C300 DC, you can charge it via USB-C PD port, solar panels or the auxiliary power outlet. But the C300 adds “a standard wall outlet that can fully charge the unit within 70 minutes,” Anker Solix said.
The portable power station comes with a built-in light bar for illuminating the darkness. And, like the C300 DC, it also works with Anker Solix’s optional shoulder strap.
